A Personal Note:
The Children of God

One day, many years ago, I truly died. Jesus was there, and He escorted me up before the Throne of Glory. Whether anyone believes that part happened or not is irrelevant, because this is exactly what we are told will happen to those who die believing on Him. It is 100% in line with what the Word of God says, and it is exactly what Jesus promised all of His Children.

For Jesus Christ is Lord and Jesus Keeps His Word

During this experience, I met all those in my family who had died during my lifetime who were in Christ. They came to welcome me. The first one, front and center, was my great-grandfather who had died when I was only 11 months old. I recognized him even though he was young and beautiful.

And so they came, one by one, to greet me — my relatives, these beautiful, glowing, happy, young, impossibly pretty Children of God. Most of them I had known all my life as elderly.

I would like to say I was stunned, but that feeling only came later, after I returned to Earth. Because during that time, I was full of joy, full of God’s light and glory, as were we all.

I do not believe this was a Near‑Death Experience. I have had Near‑Death Experiences; this was not the same. I put NDEs into the same spiritual category as dreams and visions. This was like 2Corinthians 12:2-4.
